The founder's note

After more than 20 years of working in multinational research firms, I realise my passion; get fully committed to guide brands to reach their true potential.

Nothing gives me more satisfaction than enabling brands to grow and clients to impact their business in a genuine way.

I founded The Uncut to help companies and brands resolve challenges, become better and meaningfully impact people’s lives.

Before The Uncut, Nancy was Head of Qualitative Research at Kantar, Head of Brand Strategy and a board member.

In her career, she has worked as Client Director at Research International and Millward Brown where she led senior teams and big national and international accounts.

Nancy is an expert on designing successful brand strategies and consulting brands to find a clear purpose and grow.

Nancy is also a conference speaker, writer of many articles and an accredited NLP practitioner (Neuro Linguistic Programing).

Outside work, she is a proud artisan and a wannabe runner.
